Free access and paid actions

Public stories and features marked as free are available for UAH 0. Visiting pages does not create a payment obligation. Paid actions require a separate, intentional order at the displayed price; the Public Offer governs that order.

Optional support is a user-selected payment for access to materials that remain available without payment. It does not purchase a collection or add credits. To choose zero, simply continue using the free features.

Accounts and children’s materials

Paid orders and uploads of children’s photographs must be made by an adult with legal capacity or a legal representative acting within their authority. The website’s children’s content does not invite a child to independently enter into a paid agreement.

Users must maintain access to their email and password, keep their account from being shared with third parties, and report suspicious use. For a guest collection purchase, the provided email is used to create or identify an account and provide access.

Permitted and prohibited use

You may read and save materials within the granted license, edit your own stories using available tools, and report errors. Illegal content, infringement of others’ rights, bypassing protected access, overloading the service, and reselling other people’s accounts are prohibited.

If a feature is abused, access to it may be restricted, with the reason explained through support. This does not cancel lawful claims for an already paid but unfulfilled order.

AI, quality, and availability

AI may produce inaccurate or unsuitable text, images, and narration. An adult should review whether material is appropriate for a child. Fictional plots are not factual instructions or professional advice.

Quality control analyzes selected texts, actual images, captions, and user edits. An audit does not automatically change a story saved by a user. Data processing terms and information about data requests appear in the Privacy Policy.

Technical interruptions may occur; report problems with paid access to support. Notices about AI and interruptions do not cancel agreed service characteristics, statutory guarantees of conformity, or refund rules.

Rights and documents

The offer explains “books,” “credits,” and “support.” An ebook does not include a physical copy. Internal credits are not a loan or a payment wallet for third-party transactions.

Materials you upload remain yours to the extent you hold the relevant rights. Website materials are subject to a personal, nonexclusive license. The website administration does not claim exclusive copyright in every automatically created element solely because it was generated.

The service provider is Ukrainian sole proprietor (FOP) . Email, phone, and full details are available on the “Contact and Seller Details” page. Links to the offer, payments and refunds, privacy, and data deletion appear below.

Payment provider: WayForPay

Card payments are processed through WayForPay at secure.wayforpay.com. The payment page shows the verification methods available for your card. Refunds are handled through the provider of the original payment; submit your request to the seller.
