1. Parties and scope of the agreement

The customer is an individual with legal capacity who orders digital materials or features for personal use. Parents or other legal representatives place orders for children. This website does not provide medical, psychological, or educational advice.

The specific order is defined by the product listing or order form: access to an ebook collection, creation of a personalized story, illustrations or narration, or another expressly listed digital feature. Physical goods, printing, and mail delivery are not provided.

2. Terms used on the website

A “book” is an electronic collection of stories in the PDF and/or EPUB format listed in its product description. It is digital content, not a printed copy. A description, price, and, when available, a sample and table of contents are available before payment. Access to files covers only the formats expressly offered for that collection.

“Credits” and “balance” refer to the internal accounting of advance payments for the service provider’s own digital content and services. They are not a bank account, a bank loan, electronic money, or a payment method for other sellers. Credits cannot be transferred to other users; the absence of a withdrawal feature does not cancel statutory refund rights.

“Support the creator” and “support” mean an optional payment for access to website materials, in an amount chosen by the user. The same public materials can be read for UAH 0, without payment. Paying a positive amount does not unlock additional materials, add credits to your balance, or replace a separate book or service purchase. This is not a charitable fundraiser; no charitable donation receipt or tax deduction certificate is issued.

3. Prices and free access

Viewing public pages and using features marked as free costs UAH 0. Visiting the website, reading the terms, or taking a free action does not create a debt, subscription, or consent to future charges. Choosing zero for optional support does not create a payment.

Paid items have a positive price in the catalog or order form. One internal accounting unit equals one U.S. dollar; for card payments in Ukrainian hryvnias, the amount is converted at the exchange rate displayed at checkout. The final amount and currency appear on the payment page before card confirmation. If they do not match your expectations, cancel the payment and contact support.

The service provider’s prices are . Currency conversion fees or other fees charged by the payer’s bank are set by that bank and are not included in the service provider’s price. Adding funds in advance does not guarantee that prices for future services you have not yet ordered will stay the same. The price of an already confirmed order does not increase retroactively.

4. Placing and confirming an order

Before creating a new card payment, purchasing a collection, or paying for support from your balance, the website shows the purpose, selected amount, and links to this offer and the refund terms. By clicking “Agree and continue,” the user submits the order and accepts the displayed version of the terms. Before clicking, you may cancel or correct the amount, order contents, or email address. Confirmation on the payment page is a separate action.

The website records the acceptance time, document version, provider, and transaction identifier. You can save a copy of the terms for the transaction using the confirmation link or request one from support with your order number. Changing the provider or documents does not change the terms of an existing transaction.

For an order placed from an account, the user is identified by that account. A guest provides an email address; for a collection purchase, it is used to provide access and order notifications. Report an incorrect email address or a duplicate payment to support. The bank’s processing of payment data does not replace acceptance of this website’s terms.

Card orders are fulfilled after verified confirmation from the provider, not merely when the browser returns from the payment page. Orders submitted for confirmation but left unpaid are not considered paid. This offer does not authorize automatic recurring charges.

5. Content delivery and timing

A completed ebook collection is provided through your account and protected download after payment is confirmed. Access usually appears within a few minutes; if it is still missing after 24 hours, contact support. This is a checkpoint for contacting us, not a waiver of your right to request proper delivery sooner.

Delivery times for individual generation and packages appear in the order form before confirmation. Parts of a package may be prepared in sequence. If no delivery time is shown for a transaction, the content must be provided without undue delay. The service provider will notify you of a significant delay or inability to fulfill the order; rights in the event of non-delivery are described in the refund terms.

Digital delivery takes place over the Internet, without courier or mail delivery and without a delivery charge. It is available to users in Ukraine and other countries, except where legal restrictions or the provider’s or bank’s rules prevent payment. The payment provider determines whether a particular card is accepted.

You need Internet access and a modern browser, and, for files, a PDF or EPUB reader and enough device storage. Formats are not interchangeable; a format absent from the offer is not promised. We recommend saving a downloaded copy on your own device. Interface changes do not cancel obligations associated with access already provided.

6. Quality and rights to materials

Materials are created using artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. This does not release the service provider from the obligation to deliver the agreed content with appropriate quality. Failure to provide a file, a damaged file, or a material mismatch with its description are grounds for contacting us; statutory consumer remedies apply.

The customer receives a nonexclusive right to personal, noncommercial use: reading, saving on personal devices, and printing for themselves and their family. Mass distribution, resale, or publication of a collection requires separate permission to the extent the rights are protected by law. The service provider does not promise a transfer of exclusive copyright or the uniqueness of every AI-generated element.

Users retain rights to their own source materials and grant the processing permission necessary to fulfill the order. Upload only materials you are entitled to use, including photographs of others only with appropriate consent. Private stories are not automatically published through quality audits.

7. Refunds, requests, and changes to the terms

The “Payments and Refunds,” “Terms of Use,” and “Privacy Policy” pages are available before checkout. Provisions that conflict with mandatory consumer rights do not apply. Downloading a file or starting generation immediately does not, by itself, waive all rights to a complaint or refund.

A new version applies to new orders after publication. Changes to the terms or exchange rate do not rewrite the saved version accepted for an existing order.
